Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and JXD for Laravel (“the game”). By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not play.

1. Who may play

You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to contracts online, you must meet that age, or have your parent or guardian agree on your behalf.

2. Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
One person per account. Do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your account.
Choose a username and display name that do not impersonate somebody else and do not breach our Content Standards.
Tell us at REPLACE-ME@example.com if you think someone else has got into your account.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for your own entertainment. Everything in the game — code, artwork, characters, audio, names and logos — remains ours or our licensors'. You may not copy it, sell it, take it apart, reverse-engineer it, or build another product out of it.

4. Fair play

You agree not to:

cheat, use bots, modify the game, or use unofficial clients or tools that give an advantage;
exploit bugs instead of reporting them — particularly bugs that create currency or items;
interfere with our servers, or try to overload, probe, or bypass our rate limits and security;
access another player's account or data;
buy, sell, or trade accounts, currency or items for real money outside the game;
break the Content Standards in chat or in any name you choose.

5. Gems, gold and other virtual items

This section matters, so it is written plainly.

They are a licence, not property. Gems, gold, starlight, cards, chests, heroes and every other in-game item are a limited licence to use a feature of the game. You do not own them.
They have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or anything of value outside the game, and they are not a stored-value or cash-equivalent instrument.
They are not transferable. They cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or moved to another account, and they cannot be inherited.
Purchases of virtual currency are final. Once gems are credited to your account the sale is complete and, except where the law says otherwise, it is not refundable.
They end when your access ends. If you delete your account, or we close it under section 8, any unused items and currency are lost without compensation.
We may change them. Prices, contents, availability and the balance of items can change as the game is updated. We may also stop offering an item.

Randomised items (chests)

Some chests give randomly selected cards. The chance of receiving each rarity is shown in the game, on the chest, before you buy it. Those published chances are the ones the server actually applies. Nothing about a chest is guaranteed beyond what its published odds and contents say.

Payments and refunds

Purchases made through the Google Play Store are processed by Google under its own terms, and refund requests for them are handled through Google Play.
If a purchase is charged back or refunded after delivery, we may remove the items it paid for, and any items bought with them.
Prices include taxes where the store shows them as included. You are responsible for any other charge your payment provider adds.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase of digital content. By buying gems or another in-game item you ask for it to be delivered immediately, and you acknowledge that once it is delivered you lose that right of withdrawal. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law that cannot be removed by agreement.

6. The battle pass

The battle pass grants its benefits for the period stated when you buy it, starting on purchase. Buying again while one is active extends it rather than replacing it. Benefits stop when the period ends.

7. The game is a service and it changes

The game is delivered online. We may update, rebalance, add or remove features, run maintenance, and change how the game works. Servers may be unavailable at times, planned or otherwise. We may eventually discontinue the game; if we do, we will give reasonable notice in the game where we can.

8. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Content Standards, that cheats, or that puts other players or our service at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why, and you may reply to REPLACE-ME@example.com to contest it. Serious cases — cheating, fraud, or abuse of other players — may be actioned immediately.

9. Ending it yourself

You can stop playing at any time and delete your account from inside the game or on the account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and forfeits any unused currency and items.

10. No warranty

The game is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, free of faults, or free of the actions of other players. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.

11. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or lost virtual items. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €50. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and where a change materially affects you we will tell you in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of REPLACE-ME — country / state, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
